Cubyn allows you and your recipients to generate and print return labels for your shipped parcels.
Download a return label from your Cubyn interface
To download the return label of an shipped parcel, go to the TRACKING page of your Cubyn user interface.
Select the concerned order, select “Options” at the end of the row, and click on “Download Return Label”.
Download a return label from the tracking page of an expedition
You can give your recipients the ability to download their return labels directly from the shipping tracking page.
Please ensure that the "Enable the return label download from the shipping tracking page" option is enabled beforehand.
You can enable this option two different ways :
- On every individual order when downloading the return label
- By default for all shipments when checking the box for “Activate returns from track.cubyn.com” from the MY ACCOUNT tab of your Cubyn space.
Where to drop off the returned parcel ?
Returned parcels can be dropped off at a post office, at a collect point or left in the recipient’s mailbox for the postman.
Setting the return address
You can set the address to which your returns will be dispatched from the MY ACCOUNT tab, then by clicking on the Returns tab of your Cubyn user interface.
Invoicing of returned parcels
Returned parcels are shipped with Cubyn Standard. They are therefore invoiced according to the current fee set for a Cubyn Standard shipment.
