You can find, follow and update your exchanges with customer service from the Cubyn help center.
To access the follow-up of your exchanges with customer service:
- From your Cubyn space, go to the HELP CENTER tab
- Click on the My tickets tab to access the tracking page for your exchanges
The tracking page shows the following information for each exchange
Fields | Description |
ID | Reference number of your request to customer service |
Topic | Subject of your request |
Applicant | Last name / First name corresponding to the email address that contacted us |
Last activity | The last time the request was updated (by Cubyn or you) |
Status |
The status of your request can be: |
