The 4 WIO Golden Rules :

Each item has a readable barcode => A readable barcode must be present on each item.

Each barcode is linked to only one reference => A barcode can be linked to only one SKU

SKU, QUANTITY and BARCODE are announced 24 hours prior to receipt from the warehouse => Details and quantities of products shipped must be updated at least 24 hours before receipt at the warehouse.

Delivery document present and tracking declared => A Cubyn delivery document must be stuck on each parcel shipped or the carrier tracking number must be declared.
The WIO SLA :
- After reception, WIO shipments are inbounded before next day evening
The 3 reasons your WIO may be refused :
- Shipment is damaged/open or not conform to requirements
