Connect my FNAC account
Connecting your FNAC shop to Cubyn enables you to:
- Automatically import orders to Cubyn (import every 5 minutes)
- Automatically update orders’ status on FNAC (according to Cubyn ones)
- Automatically update your FNAC stock on Cubyn
🚨 Your SKU edition is not automatically updated : if you edit a SKU on FNAC, you need to also change it on Cubyn. And vice-versa.
🚨 Your orders are automatically validated by Cubyn once validated (stock and address) by our algorithms. Don’t validate manually orders on your FNAC back-office.
In order to connect your FNAC account, you need to :
- Go to Apps
- Click on + button
- Select FNAC to install
- Contact FNAC thanks to the pre-filled email provided to ask for:
- Your shopID
- Linking your account to Cubyn
- Indicate your shop name and your shop ID
- Confirm
Configure my FNAC shop
With the FNAC integration you have the possibility to:
- Change your Application name
- Deactivate (or re-activate) the stock update at any time
To do so:
- Go to Apps
- Click on Configure button
- Edit what you wish
- Click on Confirm
How does FNAC integration work ?
Mapping delivery modes
To ship your orders through Cubyn, a mapping between FNAC carriers and Cubyn delivery modes must be done. Here is the correspondence:

🚨 If your orders are purchased with a shipping method not available on Cubyn , they will not be imported on Cubyn.
🚨 Cubyn has not the possibility to fulfil Relais Colis orders. Hence, we recommend you deactivate this delivery mode from your FNAC back-office. To do so, on your FNAC account, go to My account > My seller settings > My shipping details, and then configure the two available delivery modes:
A. Accept Normal shipment
B. Reject delivery in Pick-up n Go Location (Cubyn does not offer this delivery mode)
Orders import
Every 5 minutes, all your orders on FNAC are :
- Automatically imported on Cubyn
- Automatically accepted on FNAC once orders is processed by Cubyn warehouse (you don’t need to Accept orders on your FNAC interface)
🚨 Once you establish the connection between Cubyn and FNAC, all not accepted orders with one of the mapped delivery modes are imported even if they were created before.
🚨 All orders are imported on Cubyn (if you have different warehousing partners, you cannot select orders to import). But you can cancel your order on Cubyn as long as they are not processed by our operational teams.
Orders statuses update
Orders fulfilled by Cubyn are automatically updated on your FNAC back-office. You don’t need to Confirm shipment on you FNAC interface.
Once fulfilled, your recipient receives an email with the Cubyn tracking ID (CUBXXXXXXX).
He can follow delivery on www.track.cubyn.com.

Stock update
For any stock movements on a SKU, Cubyn updates the stock of this SKU on your FNAC back-office:
- Stock increment : item of this SKU stored (inbound order, return)
- Stock decrement : fulfillment of an order
🚨 To be updated, your SKU needs to be the exact same one on Cubyn and FNAC.
🚨 SKU edition is not automatically updated : if you edit a SKU on FNAC, you need to also change it on Cubyn. And vice-versa.
