Connect my Rakuten account
Connecting your Rakuten shop to Cubyn enables you to:
- Automatically import orders to Cubyn (import every 5 minutes)
- Automatically update orders’ status on Rakuten (according to Cubyn ones)
- Automatically update your Rakuten stock on Cubyn one
🚨 Your SKUs editions are not automatically updated : if you edit a SKU on Rakuten, you also need to change it on Cubyn. And vice-versa.
🚨 Your orders are automatically validated by Cubyn once processed by our warehouse. No need to validate your orders on your Rakuten back-office.
Get your seller ID and your login Token
To connect your Rakuten shop to Cubyn, you need to get your Seller ID and your login Token.
To find them, go to your Rakuten back-office homepage. From there:
- Find your seller ID as displayed on the image
- Click on Token, the last tab of the menu
- Find your login Token as indicated
PS: you will have to generate the login Token if you do not already have one
Connect your Rakuten shop
In order to connect your Rakuten account, you need to :
- Go to Apps
- Click on + button
- Select Rakuten to install
- Indicate your shop name and your Rakuten Seller ID & Token
- Confirm
Configure your Rakuten shop
With the Rakuten integration you have the possibility to:
- Change your Application name
- Deactivate (or re-activate) the stock update at any time
To do so:
- Go to Apps
- Click on Configure button
- Edit what you wish
- Click on Confirm
How does Rakuten integration work ?
Mapping delivery modes
Shipping Rakuten orders through Cubyn warehouse implies to make a mapping between the carriers on Rakuten and the Cubyn ones. Here is the mapping:

🚨 If your orders are purchased with a shipping method not available on Cubyn (such as So Colissimo for example), they are not imported on Cubyn.
Orders import
Every 5 minutes, all your orders on Rakuten are :
- Automatically imported on Cubyn
- Automatically validated on Rakuten if address and stock are validated on Cubyn
🚨 Once you establish the connection between Cubyn and Rakuten, all not accepted orders with one of the mapped delivery modes are imported even if they were created before.
🚨 All orders are imported on Cubyn (if you have different warehousing partners, you cannot select orders to import). But you can cancel your order on Cubyn as long as they are not processed by our operational teams.
🚨 If an order has been canceled on Rakuten, it won’t be imported on Cubyn
Orders statuses update
Once fulfilled, your recipient receives an email with the Cubyn tracking ID (CUBXXXXXXX).
He can follow delivery on www.track.cubyn.com
Orders fulfilled by Cubyn are automatically updated on your Rakuten back-office. Here is the mapping of statuses between Rakuten and Cubyn:

Stock update
By default, stock update option is activated. You can deactivate it anytime you wish (please refer to Configure your Rakuten shop).
For any stock movements on a SKU, Cubyn updates the stock of this SKU on your Rakuten back-office:
- Stock increment : item of this SKU stored (inbound order, return)
- Stock decrement : fulfillment of an order
🚨 To be updated, your SKU needs to be the exact same one on Cubyn and Rakuten.
🚨 SKU edition is not automatically updated : if you edit a SKU on Rakuten, you need to also change it on Cubyn. And vice-versa.
Synch Stocks
To synch all Rakuten Stocks, please go the your "Apps" tab and click on the Rakuten App. Then, click on "Synch my stock with Rakuten"
