How to set up my return addresses?

Why do I have 2 return addresses?

Cubyn service allows you to use several addresses to manage your returns with flexibility .

These 2 addresses are mandatory but you can fill the same address in the two forms. 

How are these addresses used ?

Recipient returns address is used on Cubyn return labels that you can provide to your recipient. These labels could be downloaded from your shipper app or from track.cubyn.com page.

Shipper returns address is used for Customs as the address of the sender when generating the CN23 document.

How to configure your return addresses ?

Return addresses could be configured in tabs Account, section Returns of your shipper app. 

💡 If you don’t have a return address in France, you can select Cubyn warehouse address using the button “Use Cubyn warehouse address”.
