Why do I have 3 return addresses?
Cubyn service allows you to use several addresses to manage your returns with flexibility .
These 3 addresses are mandatory but you can fill the same address in the three forms.
How are these addresses used ?
Carrier returns address appears on shipment label as sender address. It is used to return undelivered parcels by carrier (failed delivery or shipment refusals). This address must be located in France. Some of our carriers automatically return parcels at our warehouse. In this case, we will ship back these parcels to your shipper return address.
Recipient returns address is used on Cubyn return labels that you can provide to your recipient. These labels could be downloaded from your shipper app or from track.cubyn.com page. This address must be located in France.
Shipper returns address is used to ship you back back items that could not be stored. Cubyn warehouse address should not be used for Shipper returns address.
How to configure your return addresses ?
Return addresses could be configured in tabs Account, section Returns of your shipper app.
Your carrier and recipient return addresses should be located in France
If you don’t have a return address in France, you could input Cubyn warehouse address using the button “Use Cubyn warehouse address”.
