Your WIO may be refused at the warehouse and returned to sender for 3 main issues :
- 1) You forgot to pay the customs fees
- 2) Your shipment is damaged, dangerous, too big, out of size or too heavy
- 3) The delivery document is missing on your package (How should I label my stock shipment?)
You should manage the issues 1) and 2) directly with customs, your carrier, or your supplier.
For issue 3), you can contact the Cubyn Client Service 24h before the expected reception of your packages at the warehouse. Then, they will pass the alert to the warehouse team who will accept your unidentified WIO. This alert service is an option billed €150 / PU.
Check this page for more details on optional WIO resolutions in the warehouse
Keep in mind that every shipment from outside the European Union must be made by DDP (delivery on location), otherwise we won't accept the goods, or we will charge you the customs fee, plus a 20% administration fee.
