In the case of an incident during transport, you can benefit from a refund in some cases.
The case covered are :
- Late = the first attempt to deliver your parcel is after our SLA
- Missing = a product is missing in your parcel
- Wrong = a product was switched with another parcel in your parcel
- Damaged = your item has arrived damaged and its package is damaged
- Lost = your parcel is declared lost
- Deliver not received = the carrier states to have delivered your parcel but your recipient claims to have not received anything
Depending on the incident, several sources of information will be trusted to build the case :

- Documents from merchants like you
- Documents and pictures from your recipient
Limit of time after sending a package to claim compensation :
- 30 days for parcels in Europe
- 42 days for parcels that have to go through customs
Cubyn outperforms french legal requirements by adding the fulfillment fees to €33 / kg for your lost parcels refunds.
We offer different levels of warranty thanks to some options you can combine:
- The Signature option = your parcel is delivered upon signature, great against general fraud or final customer telling that they never received their products
- The Warranty option = before shipping, you declare a value for a product and pay 1% of this value. In case of a lost parcel, you are refunded of declared value. It’s the best option for high-value products.

Examples :
- You sent a 450g parcel to France with Cubyn Standard for €6 and your parcel is unfortunately Lost. You are refunded of (6 x 25%) for the fulfillment fees + (33 x 0.45) for product = 1,50+ 14.85 = €16,35
- You declared a €450 value for a phone. You sent it to France with Cubyn Express for €12. You combined the Signature and the Warranty options and your parcel is later “Delivered not received”. You are refunded of (€12 x 100%) for the fulfillment fees + €450 for product = €12 + €450 = €462
