You can request assistance to our Client Service team about any incident impacting your shipments.
To do so :
- Go to your Orders tab
- Within the options of the order (with the "•••" menu on the right), click on “Report an incident”
- Fill in the information that will help us investigate your case
- A ticket will be created with all the useful information to speed up the treatment of your problem
