You can request assistance to our Client Service team about any incident impacting your shipments.
To do so :
- Go to your Orders tab
- Within the options of the order (with the "•••" menu on the right), click on “Report an incident”
3. Fill in the information that will help us investigate your case
4. A ticket will be created with all the useful information to speed up the treatment of your problem.
Your request may be processed by our services up to 14 days after the date of eligibility of your order*.
