How to use the service?

Cubyn offers a Advanced quality check feature 🔁 which allows you to ease receiving items back from your consumers and speed up the restoring of your quality checked items.

🏁 Activation

To activate this feature please follow the next steps:

1. Contact our support team at help@cubyn.com for any request of activation

2. All done, when activated you will receive a confirmation email with all the details. ✅

🛠️ How does it work?

• Upon reception of returns shipments, Cubyn does an advanced visual verification of the articles (following a detailed Cubyn specification list)
• Verification is made during the next 2 days after reception. Following this verification:

1. 1. Either the item is not damaged, and it is automatically put back into stock for resale; item is indicated as "OK" in return details
   2. Or the item is damaged, it is put aside, and you can identify it as "DAMAGED" in return details
