Connect my Mirakl Connect account
To fulfil your Mirakl stores' orders with Cubyn, you need to use Mirakl's Connect feature
Connecting your Mirakl Connect to Cubyn enables you to:
- Automatically accept order on Mirakl
- Automatically import orders to Cubyn (by default)
- Automatically update orders shipped on Mirakl
- Automatically update your stock on each of your Mirakl marketplaces
🚨 Please note that you can have only one active application with Mirakl
🚨 Before starting the integration process with Cubyn, please make sure:
- It is strongly recommended that you create a Mirakl Connect account with the same identification mail address as your Cubyn account's mail address.
- Relevant stores are linked with your Mirakl Connect account.
🚨 Our module triggers the automatic acceptance of orders. However Cubyn does not control payment acceptance timeline. Acceptance timing can vary according to marketplaces.

In order to connect your Mirakl account, go to you Cubyn account and follow those steps:
- Go to Apps
- Click on + button
- Click on Install next to the Mirakl icon
- Indicate your Mirakl application name (you want to display on your Cubyn app store) and confirm
- You are redirected to Mirakl Connect back-office authentication page. Indicate your Mirakl Connect credentials
- On Mirakl Connect back-office
- On your Mirakl connect back-office, go to your Inventory Offer List and check that your products are "Fulfilled by Cubyn".

Configure my Mirakl shop
To configure your Mirakl applications, do as follow:
- Choose your options (automatic order import and stock update)
- Map your delivery modes (carriers) (see explanation below)
- Click on Confirm
Mapping your Shipping modes
On Mirakl Connect, you can create and manage your delivery modes directly from your marketplaces.
To import orders on Cubyn, you need to map your shipping modes with available Cubyn delivery modes : Cubyn Standard, Cubyn Standard Delivery signed, Cubyn Express.
You can do this mapping when configuring your Mirakl application on your Cubyn account.
🚨 If your orders ask for delivery modes that are not mapped with Cubyn delivery modes, they cannot be accepted nor imported on Cubyn.
🚨 If you modify a delivery mode on Mirakl, you also need to update it on your Cubyn interface. To update your rates on Cubyn, go to Apps > Configure > Update carriers list (button below)
For example :
- On Mirakl interface, you have 4 available delivery modes for France as below :
- Standard
- Express
- Standard Delivery signed
- Free shipping
- On Cubyn interface, you can map those 4 delivery modes with Cubyn delivery modes.
🚨 If your orders are purchased with a “disabled” shipping method, they will not be imported on Cubyn.
How does Mirakl integration work?
Orders import
To be imported on Cubyn, orders have to respect those conditions:
- Order is in Shipping status (payment validated by Mirakl)
- Order has a delivery mode mapped with one of Cubyn delivery modes
By default, orders are automatically imported on Cubyn every 5 minutes.
🚨 Our module triggers the automatic acceptance of orders. However Cubyn does not control payment acceptance timeline. Acceptance timing can vary according to marketplaces.
🚨 Once you establish the connection between Cubyn and Mirakl, all waiting for debit orders with right delivery mode are accepted by Cubyn. Only orders with debit validated are then created on Cubyn (and can be fulfilled).
🚨 Order cancellation is not automatically implemented : if you cancel an order on Mirakl, you also need to cancel it on Cubyn. And vice-versa.
Orders statuses update
Once orders are fulfilled
- Each marketplace sends emails to recipients with Cubyn tracking ID (CUBXXXXXXX) and Cubyn tracking page (www.track.cubyn.com)
- Orders statuses are updated on your Mirakl back-office
Here is the mapping between Mirakl and Cubyn statuses:

Stock update
By default, stock update option is activated. You can deactivate on your Mirakl app configuration.
For any stock movements on a SKU, Cubyn updates in real-time the stock of this SKU on your Mirakl back-office :
- Stock increment : item of this SKU stored (inbound order, return)
- Stock decrement : fulfillment of an order
🚨 To be updated, your SKU (Offer SKU on Mirakl side) needs to be the exact same one on Cubyn and Mirakl.
🚨 SKU edition is not automatically updated : if you edit a SKU on Mirakl, you also need to change it on Cubyn. And vice-versa.
