For all your orders, you can add a Proof of Delivery option.
Activating it will give you the opportunity to ask for a proof of delivery on an order. This will then allow you to be compensated in case of delivered by carrier and disputed by recipient.
The associated compensation will depend on your global warranty policy, for more information you can visit How to protect more my orders?
This option is available for all current Cubyn delivery modes (Standard, Express and Relay), for all destinations and is billed 1€ per order
You can add this option:
- Individually per order
- Automatically on all Express / Relay orders (it will depends on your connections for Standard orders)
Add the option individually per order
To add the Proof of Delivery to a specific order:
- Fill in Yes in the Proof of Delivery field in the manual order creation form
- Fill in Yes in the column Proof of Delivery in the order creation template file upload
Add the option by default to all your Express and Relay orders
If you wish to add this protection to all your Express and/or Relay orders, go to Account > Warranty and tick the option.
