Golden rules for my WIO Declaration

Every stock shipment has to be declared through the shipper interface with a Warehouse Inbound Order (WIO).

Stock shipment will be refused at the warehouse. 

Every barcode needs to be declared on the shipper interface so that Cubyn can identify items received.
(please check that you do not provide duplicate barcodes in your declaration, or that a barcode is not already assigned to a different existing SKU)

Every item received without a declared barcode will be considered as an unknown SKU with resolution fees applied (see Fulfillment Pricing Grid)

Every stock shipment is automatically declared with a Cubyn delivery document that is used to identify pallets and boxes at reception (more details in section "How to prepare my stock shipment delivery?").

Stock shipments sent with UPS and DHL can be declared with the carrier tracking ID of each box (carrier tracking ID replaces Cubyn delivery document).

The shipping configuration declaration on shipper interface won't be validated. Stock shipment will be refused at the warehouse.

For every stock shipment, an estimated date of arrival and an estimated number of boxes has to be declared in order to process your products within SLA.
