3 simple steps to follow (click to go to dedicated section):
1. Product Declaration -> 2. Shipping Configuration -> 3. Tracking Configuration (and you can also Edit your WIO)
1. PRODUCT DECLARATION (What products are you shipping ?)
🚨 Information needed :
- SKU
- Product name
- Barcode
- Quantity
There are 4 mandatory fields to be filled in - if not filled in, the product line will be in error.
Please ensure that you do not have any duplicate barcodes.
2. SHIPPING CONFIGURATION (How are you shipping them ?)
🚨 Information needed :
- Number of boxes to be sent
- Type of tracking
- Estimated date of arrival
In order to identify the inbound shipments, you can either:
- choose to use our tracking method (delivery document attached on your boxes) - recommended, to be downloaded later.
- use individual tracking numbers provided by your carrier (DHL or UPS) - to be filled in later.
If you could not finish editing, you can save your WIO as a draft at this point - Your WIO will remain in CREATED status.
You will be able to come back later, finish completing it and thus validating it.
3. TRACKING CONFIGURATION (How do I identify my parcels?)
🚨 Information needed :
- Cubyn delivery document to be downloaded and attached to boxes
- Individual carrier tracking numbers
How to download Cubyn delivery document ?
Delivery document needs to be downloaded and sticked before sending the shipment. The QR code on the delivery document has to be visible and scannable at the warehouse
How to input individual carrier tracking numbers ?
* Individual carrier tracking must be completed per declared box.
Upon completing this final step, your WIO will become VALIDATED - This means it is ready to be received at our Warehouse.
4. EDITING (What if I need to edit my stock shipment ?)
As long as your WIO is not in RECEIVING status, you can:
- Delete products you would like to send for this WIO
- Modify / Precise number of boxes & estimated date of arrival for your delivery
- Change of tracking mode: if so, your WIO will be in CREATED status and you will need to perform step 3 actions to validate it
