How to protect my products (Prep Service) ?

At Cubyn, we want to eliminate the tedious work of preparing inventory for fulfillment to let you focus on the core of your business.

Service description

You can use the Prep Service to have a preparation of your products before storing in order to increase protection during fulfillment operations and create a better customer experience.

Every item received flagged with Prep Service will be prepared before storing with indicated preparation options.

Available protection options are : 

• Cap taping 
• Bubble wrap
• Bag protection*

* Bag protection category can be applied regarding the two following requirements : 

• To protect my product during warehousing operations (storage, picking...)
• To avoid my products to be shipped with the removable Cubyn QR code

Service activation

1. Provide Cubyn the list of products (SKU) you want to prep. For each product, please give following information: 

• • Product SKU
  • Preparation options - You can select several options for one SKU

2. At each new item inbounded, prep service will be activated and your items will be protected according to prep service option
