For the delivery, each item must be packaged in boxes or in pallets. |
Items not delivered in boxes or pallets will be refused. |
A box is a standard cardboard-based shippable container that can be unbatched. A pallet can be either traditional pallet or pallet box. |
Items not delivered in boxes or pallets will be refused. |
When you put items in your box or on pallet, do not overpack or use a rubber bands to hold multiple items together. When we open your box or pallet, we should have direct access to all your items. |
Items will be stored in batches. Risk of having items classified as not scannable. |

Every box on a pallet (for pallet delivery) or box directly received (for box delivery) is by default unbatched and every product inside is considered an item. ❗A box inside a box will be then considered as an item. |
