Cubyn delivery document or declared carrier tracking ID (in case of UPS or DHL) must be sticked :

Every stock shipment received without a Cubyn delivery document or declared trackingId declared for each box (in case of UPS or DHL) will be refused at the warehouse. |
Cubyn delivery QR code or carrier tracking ID stuck on boxes/pallet needs to meet following standards:

If the tracking Id of boxes/pallets is not readable, the shipment will be refused. |
In case of pallet delivery, pallets can be stacked up to 200cm. Stacked-pallets must be wrapped together with a plastic stretch film. In case of floor-loaded delivery (without pallet), boxes can be stacked up to 200 cm. |
Stock shipment will be refused at reception. |
Stock shipment can be delivered to our warehouses’ on the following hours:
The warehouses are open from Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). |

Pallets/boxes must be delivered with a vehicle that can be unloaded from warehouse docks by Cubyn operators. For pallets delivery, truck height must be at least 130cm. |
If Cubyn operators cannot unload directly vehicle at dock, unloading will be managed by driver without climbing on the warehouse dock.

Every pallet and box is considered as received only when scanned by a Cubyn operator and sticked with a Cubyn QR code. Delivery driver must wait for every box/pallet to be scanned before leaving. Only Cubyn scans will be considered as proof of delivery (the delivery note is not considered as a proof of delivery). |
Unscanned pallets or boxes will be refused by Cubyn and therefore are considered as the responsibility of the delivery provider.

Customs fees of stock shipment has to be handled by customer. Cubyn will not proceed customs clearance.

Every stock shipment that is not under CIP (Carrier and Insurance Paid) or under DDP (delivery duty paid) will be refused at reception. |
