Track my Inbound
Before reception at Cubyn warehouse, you can track your stock shipments by contacting the carrier in charge of your delivery. Stock shipments carrier’s transit are not currently trackable on your Cubyn app.
As soon as the stock shipment has been received by Cubyn’s warehouse, you can track your stock shipment storing status on your Cubyn app in the Inbounds tab.

In order to better manage your Inbound Orders, you can filter them by creation date or by status, by clicking on
If you want to have the details of the stored products (SKU), just click on the menu ••• to be able to download a complete status report of the selected WIO in CSV format :
ℹ️ Please take into account that items will be stored within the end of the second business days following the reception date.
Example:
If we receive a stock shipment on :
- Monday, 11 am, the products should be available to sell on your inventory before Wednesday 11:59 pm (23h59)
- Friday, 2 pm, the products should be available to sell on your inventory before Tuesday 11:59 pm (23h59)
Keep in mind our warehouse does not process products on weekends and holidays.
