How to create a pallet order?

What is it?

Cubyn Pallets is a product which allows you to grow your business and manage your logistics easily with a single trusted partner. It allows you to ship pallet orders to recipients (distributors, physical stores, other logisticians…) while respecting all of their requirements and high standards🚀.

Cubyn Pallets can be an asset for your business in many cases:

• A part of your flow is destined to distributors (retailers, wholesalers etc.)
• Your e-shop is backed by a physical store and you sometimes need to restock products
• You work with several logisticians and wish to transfer stock between them

Your pallet delivery orders can be scheduled to be delivered at your preferred date, as fast as 3 days*  after the creation date for national orders. We also offer the possibility to choose a 3 hour delivery time slot and  the custom labels that will be stuck on your pallet to match your customer reception requirements. 

* For orders with fewer than 5000 items. Please add an extra day to the promise starting at 5000 items and for each batch of 5000 items. For instance, an order with 10000 items will be delivered in D+5. 

How does it work?

1. Order creation: Please contact our support team at help@cubyn.com to get your personalised Cubyn Pallets form  🚀. 

Fill in the form with the required information: 

• • Indicate recipient information:  
    • • Organization name
      • Address
      • Contact phone number 
  • Upload file with SKU x Quantity (Template here)
  • Choose preferred delivery date and slot 

2. Receive your confirmation email: You will receive a confirmation email detailing we have received your order and the order number. 

3. (Optional) Attach custom labels: If you wish to attach custom labels, please go to your "Orders" Tab on your Cubyn Interface, search for your pallet boxes with your order number given (ex: B2B-44590607014224). Attach any custom labels you wish to include with this order on your box(es). 

🚨 You can only attach labels when orders are in "CREATED" status. 

4. You are all done! Cubyn will prepare and ship your order as soon as possible.

Refund Policy

There are 2 types of coverages available for lost or damaged items. 

• Basic coverage: 33€/kg
• Premium coverage: our pallet deliveries can be covered up to 50K€.  If interested in this coverage please contact our support team at help@cubyn.com for further details.
