🔦 You can follow up on the claims created by your consumers directly through your app. This allows you to have full visibility on the status, type of claim, order related to the claim and the final output.
1. Go to your Cubyn App
2. Click on the "Claims" tab.
What does each status mean?
- CREATED: claim has been created and in process
- VALIDATED: claim has been accepted by our Consumer Care team, claim output shown on the far right column.
- REJECTED: claim has been rejected by our Consumer Care team, reason for rejection shown on the far right column.
