Tracking your orders allows you to keep up with recipients' requests and concerns. You can proactively spot delivery issues and inform your recipients about it.
There are 2 kinds of orders on Cubyn:
- Orders shipped with Cubyn can be tracked from your Orders tab.
- Returned orders from your recipient are tracked in the Returns tab as soon as a return label is downloaded. For more info on returns click here.
