I have an order in error

To ensure that all your orders are successfully delivered to your recipients, it is important that they have accurate and complete information.

All of your orders that do not meet these criteria are listed in the "Error" tab of your space:

If you wish to correct these errors, you must first go to this tab. Then you just have to click on the shipment to be corrected to display its details. The correction is then made here. The type of error concerning your order is indicated in the column Type of error. There are 3 different types :

• Address error
• Unknown SKU
• Out of stock

Address error 

This category of error can be triggered by different reasons that will be listed in the first shipment detail information. 

All you have to do is go to the relevant section and make the necessary corrections (example: attach the necessary customs documents, change the shipping method, reduce the length of the shipping address, etc.).

Once the error is corrected, the order is automatically validated and processed with the other orders in your account.

Unknown SKU

This type of error is triggered when the SKU of the order is not associated with any of your SKUs at Cubyn. If it is a simple typing error, this information can be corrected in the shipping details. Otherwise, it means that the new SKU has never been received at the warehouse.

Once the error is corrected, the order is automatically validated and processed with the other orders in your account.

Out of stock

This last error is triggered when there is not enough stock to cover the entire order. If we have at least one item in your order in stock and you still want to ship that item, you can change in the order details the number of items to be shipped.

Please note that the order will automatically be shipped as soon as sufficient stock is available.
