Inbounded items that either don't have a barcode, or have one but it's damaged (or we couldn't read it for some reason) will appear on your inventory with the SKU ITEM_NOT_SCANNABLE.
🚨 If you have items with this SKU, you need to contact our support team to do one of the following:
- 📦 Retrieve these items from our warehouse.
- 📷 Ask the warehouse for pictures in order to identify these items, so we can assign them to the right SKU.
Every item received without a readable barcode will be considered as an ITEM_NOT_SCANNABLE with resolution fees applied (see Fulfilment Pricing Grid)
