Inbounded items that we are able to read their barcode, but for which we don't have an associated SKU in our system will appear as SKU_UNKNOWN in your inventory.
✅ You can assign these items to the correct SKU by clicking on the button and then on Edit SKU.
Every item received without a declared barcode will be considered as an unknown SKU with resolution fees applied (see Fulfilment Pricing Grid)
