How to create a request via Cubyn App?
⚙️ To create a request, please follow the following steps:
- Go to the correct tab ( Inbounds , Inventory, Orders, Error, Returns)
- Click on the 3 dots on the line referring to the WIO, Order or SKU you want to contact support for.
- Click on "Get Help" > Select the reason for the incident
🔑 Make sure your email address (or secondary one) are correctly set up : you will receive our answers on it.
4. Tell us more about what you want our support team to help you with in the description box.
5. (Optional but recommended) share us attachments
6. Click confirm and you are all set! A support agent is going to answer you by email shortly.

If your request does not concern specifically one of these tabs ( Inbounds , Inventory, Orders, Error, Returns) you can directly click on the "?" at the top right, then click on "send us an email." You can also send an email directly to firstname.lastname@example.org
How to track my support requests ?
You can follow up on your request by clicking on the "?" on the top right corner and selecting "Follow up on my requests" .
