Unopened carrier returns re-storing - included by default in your offer since November 2021
This concerns packages that could not be delivered by the carrier and that are returned to Cubyn’s logistic center (in particular a non-reclaimed package after a delivery failure).
*Logistic center of return is the one which has sent the package.
In order to guarantee best processing of those returns, and make your items available again as fast as possible, we collect and store back all your carrier returns automatically. Inventory is automatically updated.
Cubyn proceeds to a visual control of the package to ensure it was never open. In case the package has never been opened, the Product is re-stored in maximum 5 working days after the reception.
