What does each return status mean? – Cubyn Help Center

Tracking your returns allows you to keep up with carrier and recipient returns.

Return Label Printed	The return label has been downloaded but the parcel has not been handed over yet to the carrier
In transit	The return parcel has been handed over to carrier and in transit to address of your choice or Cubyn´s Fulfillment Center
Delivered	The return has been delivered to the warehouse to the address of your choice or Cubyn´s Fulfillment Center
Stored*	The return has been delivered Cubyn. We have controlled the content and secured the items in inventory
Exception	An event occurred during the transit by the carrier and needs your attention.

* To avoid fraud, and in the framework of refunds, we recommend our merchants to wait for status Stored to proceed to any refund
