By choosing this type of incident, a Consumer Care Specialist will check if the products have been delivered later than originally promised.
If this is the case, Cubyn will compensate the consumer through its Cubyn Delivery Guarantee
Resolution
- The only favorable resolution possible here is compensation.
Compensation is 6€ per late delivery for France🇫🇷 and 5€ for Spain 🇪🇸 . - Compensation is cumulable with other incident’s eventual compensations.
- Compensation is refunded through bank transfer.
- So it takes between 7 and 10 days to be effective and require consumer’s bank account details.

Consumers have up to 7 days after the promised delivery date to report a late delivery and be compensated.
This compensation is cumulative with other compensation from other claims in case the products were delivered late and damaged for example.
