How to track my orders?

You can track your orders directly from your Cubyn App. 

To do so, go to the "Orders Tab" and input the order number on the top search bar to look for a specific parcel. For more information about the different parcel status, please check out this article. 

If you would like more details on your parcel, you can click on the three dots to the right of the selected order and click on "Track Parcel". This will redirect you to Cubyn's tracking page where you will be able to find more details.
