The information in my orders file is not taken into account

Check that the import information is found:

1. In the first tab of the file you are trying to import
2. In the same exact format (including column names) as your usual import file.

Your usual import file can be:

• The standard import file, downloadable below:
  • Cubyn upload file
• The custom import file sent by our integrations team when you send Cubyn for the first time.
