How do I set up my customs information by default?
Setting up customs information by default allows you to avoid filling it on every parcel shipped abroad.
It is used by Cubyn to generate the CN23 form that needs to be attached for customs declaration on every parcel shipped outside European Union Customs.

How do I set up my return address?
At Cubyn we have 2 return addresses you must set up:
- Recipient returns address it's used on Cubyn return labels that you can provide to your recipient. ⚠This address must be located in either France or Spain, depending on which warehouse you are using.⚠
- Shipper returns address it's used to ship back to you items that could not be stored. Cubyn's warehouse address should not be used for Shipper returns address.

How do I set up my billing information?
At Cubyn billing information is used to:
- Edit the invoice related to Cubyn fees
- Determine which payment methods are available for your billing location
- Apply correct billing tax system depending on your billing location
🚨 It's important to set your billing info up or update it prior to the invoice’s release (between the 1st and 5th of the month) as by French law, invoices cannot be modified after being published.
