You can contact our support team from any tab in your interface.
Here's how to get help depending on the topic:
- WIO:
- Go to your Inbounds tab, then click on the "···" button on the right side of the screen for the desired WIO and click on "Get help".
- SKU:
- Go to your Inventory tab, then click on the "···" button on the right side of the screen for the desired SKU and click on "Get help".
- Order:
- Go to your Orders tab, then click on the "···" button on the right side of the screen for the desired order and click on "Get help".
- Returns:
- Go to your Returns tab, then click on the "···" button on the right side of the screen for the desired return and click on "Get help".
- Other:
- You can request help for other topics by clicking on the "?" icon that's always visible on the top-right corner of your screen.

How do I track my support requests ?
You can follow up on your request by clicking on the "?" on the top-right corner of the screen and selecting "Follow up on my requests".
