How do I search my inventory?
Once we have received and stored your items, you will be able to see your available SKUs under the Inventory tab of your interface.
You will see 3 columns for each SKU, corresponding to the following status:
- Available stock: quantity of items of this SKU that are available to sell (total stock in Cubyn Warehouse - reserved stock).
- Reserved stock: quantity of items of this SKU that are booked by orders currently being processed by Cubyn at our warehouse.
- Damaged stock: quantity of items declared as damaged in our warehouse.

How do I edit a SKU in my inventory?
You can edit a SKU by clicking on the options menu to access a menu on the right

What is an Item Not Scannable?
An ITEM_NOT_SCANNABLE is an inbounded item that didn't have a barcode or had an unreadable/damaged one.
🚨 You will need to contact our support team to either retrieve this item or properly identify and assign it to the correct SKU.

What is a SKU Unknown?
A SKU_UNKNOWN is an inbounded item for which we were able to scan its barcode; however, we could not associated to a SKU in our system. This happens when we receive items that we not declared on the WIO ( Warehouse Inbound Order).
You can manually assign these items to the right SKU by clicking on the "···" button on the right side of the SKU_UNKOWN, and then selecting "Edit".
