How can I create new orders?
There are 3 ways to create an order:
- Manually creating one on your Cubyn app:
- Click on the "+" button located on the top-right corner of your Orders tab, fill in the requested information and finally click on the Confirm button.
- Uploading the order creation file on your Cubyn app (better):
- Fill in the order creation template file*, then click on the "Import" button located on the top-right corner of your Orders tab, and finally select the Import a file option.
- Direct import from your shop's back office:

*The template can be downloaded by clicking on the "Import" button located on the top-right corner of your Orders tab and then selecting the Get the template option.

What does each order status mean?
An order can have one of seven status:
- Created: order is ready to be processed (this is the only status that allows editing or cancelling an order).
- Processing: order is being prepared at our warehouse
- In transit: order is in the carrier network, being transited to the recipient or to your return address.
- Delivered: order is delivered to your recipient.
- Returning: the carrier failed to deliver and the order is returning to our warehouse.
- Returned: The carrier returned has been received in our warehouse
- Exception: an event occurred during transit by the carrier and needs your attention, please contact support.

How can I edit/cancel orders?
🚨 You can only edit or cancel an order that is on Created status.
Editing an order
In your Orders tab, click on the "···" button on the right side of the order you wish to edit and then select the Edit option.
Cancelling an order
In your Orders tab, click on the "···" button on the right side of the order you wish to cancel and then select the Delete option.
If you wish to cancel multiple orders at a time, select the orders you wish to cancel by clicking the checkbox located left of the order status, and then click on the trash can button located on the top-right corner of your screen.
