How to request a stock removal?

A stock removal by pick-up is a list of products to be collected directly in the warehouse (put in pallets*).

Steps

To request a stock removal, please contact your Account Manager (AM) or Cubyn´s Support Team at help@cubyn.com.You will have to specify the following: 

• • The products (SKU) 
  • The quantities per SKU
  •  The desired date + time slot for pick-up (taking into account the minimum preparation time required)

➡️  The standard time for making your stock available is a minimum of 3 working days (lead time may vary based on volume. For more than 10000 items, please confirm the lead time with your Account Manager or the Support Team)

Once your stock removal is confirmed, Your Account Manager or the Support Team will then provide you with a pick-up ID that will allow you to pick up your stock on the day.

For information, pick ups can be made in 2-hour slots, from Monday to Friday between 9am and 6pm.
