✅ Inbound Golden Rules:
Large & heavy items must meet the following standards:
- Length + Height + Width <200 cm
- Length <= 180 cm
- Maximum weight = 30 kg
- Items must be already packed in its final shipping conditions when shipped to Cubyn´s warehouse. No additional packaging will be added during outbound preparation ( This is commonly known as shipping in its own container (SIOC) ).
- (Optional): As common practice, we recommend you to apply visible signs (e.g. sticker, packaging warning) on heavy or large products when possible.
* Please not that if these requirements are not met, your shipment will be rejected at the warehouse.
✅Outbound Golden Rules
Orders must meet the following standards:
- One order can contain max. one large product for shipping.
- One order can contain max. one product over 15kg for shipping
🚨 Please note that no additional packaging will be added during outbound preparation of order and that orders shipped with no packing are prone to minor cosmetic problems on the exterior. This is considered as normal as long as the content of the order is in perfect condition.
