In this guide you will find everything you need to improve your customer retention and happiness metrics with your Tracking Experience.
By following this quick guide,
- you will be able to send proactive and customized order notifications
- each order will be trackable with a branded tracking page
Step 1 : Activate the Tracking Experience
Go to https://shipper.cubyn.com/tracking-experience to activate the Tracking Experience
Click on the button to start your free trial.
Step 2 : Customize your notifications
In the Customization module, add your brand name, colors, logo, banners, links and images for collecting feedback at delivery.
These elements will be displayed on every notifications.
We recommend you use :
- Logo : 150px height x 150px width
- Banners : 150px height x 600 px width
- Feedback images : 150px height x 300 px width
You can see how changes are applied on each notification by selecting which notification you want to preview.
You can also send yourself some test emails to see how it looks and feels by clicking "Send test".
You can update your customization anytime.
Step 3 : Select notifications you want to send
You can then select which notifications you want to send to your customers and which one you want ot receive a copy.
Notifications will be sent to your customer on the email address they provide for the order.
Receiving a copy is optional.
If you opt for receiving copies, please provide us an email address you want to receive copies to.
Customers can reply to each email, we encourage you to put customer reply address here.
Cubyn will not transfer any email we might received if you put on of our address here.
You can stop sending notifications by not selecting any notification.
Step 4 : Save & Monitor
When clicking on "Save", your email customization and selection will be live.
Every order not delivered yet is now covered with the notification you have chosen.
You should be redirected to the Analytics tab where you will soon see how your notifications are performing.
Step 5 : Enable the branding of your tracking page
Go to https://shipper.cubyn.com/tracking-experience/tracking-page and enable the branding of the tracking page.
Step 6 : Customize your tracking page
Similarly to what you have done in "step 2 : customize your notifications".
You can upload logo, banner and select your color and attach links to marketing assets.
Step 7 : Click on Save to publish
When clicking on "Save", your tracking page is live if the branding of the tracking page is enabled.
You can turn update it or turn it off anytime.
