How to use the service?

Cubyn offers a Screening 📸 feature which allows you to qualify products returned by your consumers. You are able to take better decisions regarding refunds & after-sales thanks to photos of damages we take for you.

🏁 Activation

To activate this feature please follow the next steps:

1. Contact our support team at help@cubyn.com for request of activation

2. All done, when activated you will receive a confirmation email with all the details. ✅

🛠️ How does it work?

• Upon reception of returns shipments, Cubyn identifies clearly damaged products during the 2 days following reception
• When identifying them, Cubyn takes pictures of damages so that you can see them yourselves precisely
• Pictures taken are available on your return details. You are then able to download them and use them to take decisions on your refunds + interact with your consumer.
