To activate this feature please follow the next steps:

2. All done, when activated you will receive a confirmation email with all the details. ✅
🛠️ How does it work?
- Upon reception of returns shipments, Cubyn identifies clearly damaged products during the 2 days following reception
- When identifying them, Cubyn takes pictures of damages so that you can see them yourselves precisely
- Pictures taken are available on your return details. You are then able to download them and use them to take decisions on your refunds + interact with your consumer.
